Golf Techniques

Welcome to our Skates and Swings Camp! 

Players participate in 4 hours at Within Range Golf Course. Players receive;

  • Daily access to driving range & mini-putt
  • Full swing (driver & irons)
  • Short game (putting/chipping) 
  • Rules & etiquette 
At 11:30am the players are transported back to Wave Twin Rinks arena. Players will receive lunch at our Redwoods restaurant. Following lunch, the players are on the ice for 1 hour on ice each day with comprehensive edgework, shooting, puck control and game situations. 

 

Be sure to come with a sharp mind as in game simulating drills will be in full effect and be sure to educate you on how to be the best player you can be

CAMP ITINERARY

8:00am- 8:30am Drop Off at Within Range Golf Course, Burlington Ontario. 

8:45am-11:30am Golf Instruction

  • 20 minutes of Driving Instruction
  • 20 minutes of Iron work. Swing technique 
  • 20 minutes of chipping
  • 20 minutes of putting 

10:30am- 11:00am Hydration Station

  • water & snacks ( not provided) 

11:00am – 11:20am Longest Drive Competition

11:30am-11:45am Pick up from Within Range and transported to Wave Twin Rinks.

12:00pm- 1:00pm LUNCH

1:30pm- 2:30pm On Ice

  • 20 Minutes of edge and stride work
  • 20 minutes of puck skills & shooting
  • 20 minutes of puck protection and complete tactics

3:15pm- 3:30pm Hydration Station

  • Gatorade, fruit and snacks provided.
3:30pm- 4:00pm Road Hockey
 

4:00pm  Pick Up ( Wave Twin Rinks)
